5. International transfers: Where could we send your data?

In principle, CASUS CAPITAL, S.L. does not make international data transfers.
Exception: the use of WhatsApp Business, a service provided by Meta Platforms, Inc., with servers located outside the European Economic Area. The Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission apply. The use of this channel is voluntary and there is always the alternative of contacting via email or phone.

6. Retention: How long will we keep your data?

Personal data will only be kept for the time necessary for the purposes of the processing, taking into account:

  • Inquiries: up to 12 months after the last communication.
  • Customer and reservation data: during the contractual relationship and 6 years thereafter for tax/commercial obligations.
  • Commercial communications/newsletter: until you revoke consent.
  • Resumes: up to 1 year from receipt, unless consent is renewed.
  • Images/videos: until consent is withdrawn or the campaign ends.

Once the deadline has expired, the data will be kept locked to address any legal responsibilities, accessible only to judges, courts or administrative authorities.
